Well being class
1. What are individual strengths? Individual strenghts are what we are good at. One example is if we fail at doing something, we try again untill you get it right.
2. Why is it important that people have different strengths? So that we are not all the same and we are different.
3. What are some things to be mindful of when working with people who have different strengths? They will have different ideas from us.
4. How could different strengths be used to our advantage in group work? All the ideas are different, and that they don't all think the same. So its intresting.
5. How can we develop our strengths? By getting better at it, and practicing more.
6. How do our strengths help us reach our goals? It helps us reach our goals because we could get better at what we want our goal to be.
What traits do I think I have?
Determination, because if I want to get something done I will try my hardest to do it.
Creativity, because I like to make up my own things.
